Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for grilling

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
For the Vibrant Green Sauce
  • 1 cup fresh parsley a lot of green!
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro for added flavor
  • 1 clove garlic adjust according to your love for garlic
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice a splash of sunshine
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup olive oil the secret sauce for everything delicious

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat while you prepare the green sauce.
Making the Green Sauce
  1. In a blender or food processor, combine parsley, cilantro, garlic, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Gradually add olive oil while blending until the sauce reaches desired consistency.
Grilling the Chicken
  1. Place the seasoned chicken on the preheated grill.
  2. Grill for about 6-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Serving
  1. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  2. Drizzle the vibrant green sauce over the chicken and serve alongside a fresh salad or roasted veggies.

Notes
