- Once grilled, take the steak off and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
Assembly
- While the steak is resting, layer sliced tomatoes and mozzarella on a platter.
- Slice the flank steak against the grain into thin slices.
- Place the steak slices atop the tomatoes and mozzarella, adding fresh basil for garnish.
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey, then drizzle over the dish.
- Serve and enjoy!
