Preparation
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a medium bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice and zest, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place your lobster tails and shrimp in a large bowl, then pour the marinade over the seafood and let sit for about 15-30 minutes.
Grilling
- Gently place the lobster and shrimp on the grill, cut-side down first for about 4-5 minutes.
- Turn them over and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque, and the lobster is cooked through.
Serving
- Remove the seafood from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve with lemon wedges for extra zing.
Notes
Watch your grill heat to avoid burning. Do not overcook the seafood to maintain tenderness. Pair with a fresh green salad or grilled veggies.
