Ingredients
  

For the Lobster and Shrimp
  • 2 pieces lobster tails, halved lengthwise
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 piece lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • as needed Fresh parsley for garnish
For the Marinade
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) For extra kick

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice and zest, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place your lobster tails and shrimp in a large bowl, then pour the marinade over the seafood and let sit for about 15-30 minutes.
Grilling
  1. Gently place the lobster and shrimp on the grill, cut-side down first for about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Turn them over and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque, and the lobster is cooked through.
Serving
  1. Remove the seafood from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  2. Serve with lemon wedges for extra zing.

Notes

Watch your grill heat to avoid burning. Do not overcook the seafood to maintain tenderness. Pair with a fresh green salad or grilled veggies.
