Method
Marinate the Seafood
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, paprika, Old Bay seasoning, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and lobsters, ensuring they’re well coated. Let them marinate for about 30 minutes.
Prepare the Grill
- Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.
Grill the Lobster
- Carefully split the lobsters in half lengthwise. Place them cut-side down on the grill for about 5-7 minutes.
Add the Shrimp
- After cooking the lobsters, add the shrimp to the grill. Grill them for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they’re pink and opaque.
Brush and Serve
- Whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley. Brush this mixture over your grilled lobsters and shrimp.
Enjoy
- Serve your Grilled Lobster and Shrimp with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
Notes
Keep an eye on your seafood; overcooking will make it tough. Don’t skimp on the garlic butter for maximum flavor! Feel free to add veggies like zucchini or bell peppers to the grill for a well-rounded meal. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
