Ingredients
  

For the Lobster and Shrimp
  • 2 pieces lobsters (live or thawed if frozen)
  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 piece lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (optional, but highly encouraged)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to your spice level)

Method
 

Marinate the Seafood
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, paprika, Old Bay seasoning, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and lobsters, ensuring they’re well coated. Let them marinate for about 30 minutes.
Prepare the Grill
  1. Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.
Grill the Lobster
  1. Carefully split the lobsters in half lengthwise. Place them cut-side down on the grill for about 5-7 minutes.
Add the Shrimp
  1. After cooking the lobsters, add the shrimp to the grill. Grill them for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they’re pink and opaque.
Brush and Serve
  1. Whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley. Brush this mixture over your grilled lobsters and shrimp.

Notes
