  • 1 pound lobster tails Fresh or frozen
  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined) Fresh or frozen
Marinade
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter For seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For marinade
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced) For flavor
  • 1 whole lemon (juice) Freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt and pepper To taste
Garnish
  • to taste Fresh parsley Optional, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together your melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Slice the lobster tails down the center. Toss the lobster and shrimp in the marinade until well-coated.
Grilling
  1. Place the lobster tails shell-side down on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the shrimp to the grill and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Serving
  1. Remove from the grill, plate the seafood, and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
