Ingredients
  

For the Lobster Tails
  • 4 tails lobster tails Fresh, high-quality
  • 1/4 cup melted butter Use for brushing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
For the Creamy Herb Butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 each Zest of 1 lemon
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Using scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the tail fin.
Seasoning
  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Brush this mixture all over the lobster tails.
Grilling
  1. Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down.
  2. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, basting with the buttery mixture a couple of times.
  3. They are done when the tails turn opaque and the internal temperature reaches about 140°F.
Prepare Herb Butter
  1. In a bowl, mix softened butter, parsley, chives, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
Serving
  1. Remove the lobster tails from the grill and let them rest for a minute.
  2. Generously slather on the herb butter and serve with slices of lemon.

Notes

Watch the lobster carefully while grilling to prevent overcooking. Pair with a simple salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
