Preparation
  1. Shuck the fresh oysters, keeping the meat intact.
  2. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Grilling
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the shucked oysters on a baking sheet.
  3. Spoon the Parmesan mixture generously over each oyster.
  4. Cook the oysters on the grill for about 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serving
  1. Remove oysters from the grill and serve hot with lemon juice and extra parsley.
