Grilling

- Place the squid on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn opaque and curl up.
Serve
- Transfer the squid to a serving platter, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Don't overcook the squid to prevent a rubbery texture. You can substitute squid with shrimp or scallops. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
