Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On a large baking sheet, unroll your crescent roll dough and arrange it in a circle, leaving the pointed ends hanging off the edge.
  3. In a bowl, combine diced ham, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir until evenly coated.
  4. Spoon the mixture onto the wider part of the crescent rolls.
  5. Fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling and press gently to seal.
  6. Beat the egg and brush it over the dough for a beautiful golden color.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm.
