Method
Make the Crust
- In a medium bowl, combine your graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until it resembles wet sand.
- Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Chill in the fridge while you prepare the cheesecake filling.
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling
- In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy and smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to preserve fluffy texture.
Assemble Your Cheesecake
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust, smoothing it out with a spatula.
- Layer the sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, and strawberries on top.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup generously over the fruit.
Chill and Serve
- Cover your cheesecake and place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Before serving, whip up some whipped cream and sprinkle chopped walnuts on top if desired.
Notes
