Making the Raspberry Coulis
- In a blender, combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- For a fancier presentation, strain the mixture to remove the seeds if desired.
Assembly
- In your favorite glass or dessert dish, start with a layer of graham cracker crumbs.
- Add a generous layer of the white chocolate mousse, followed by a layer of raspberry coulis. Repeat this process until the glass is filled, finishing with mousse on top.
- Garnish with extra raspberries on top.
Notes
