Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil for that authentic flavor
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced any color you prefer
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Sesame seeds for garnish

Method

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat both the olive oil and sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Toss in the garlic, zucchini, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Stir-fry everything for another 5-6 minutes until the veggies are tender-crisp.
  4. Drizzle the soy sauce over your chicken and veggies, tossing everything to combine, and let it cook for an additional minute.
  5. Plate your Hibachi Chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes
