Preparation
- If using fresh cranberries, rinse and drain them. If using dried cranberries, skip this step.
- In a glass or mason jar, layer one-third of the yogurt at the bottom.
- Sprinkle half of the cranberries over the yogurt layer.
- Add half of the granola on top of the cranberries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, cranberries, and granola.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top and add a mint leaf for garnish if desired.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge, layering just before serving.
Notes
Prep the layers in advance and assemble just before serving for maximum crunch. For a festive twist, add crushed gingerbread cookies between layers. Don’t fret if the granola gets a little soggy; it’s all about the delicious combination of textures.
