Ingredients
  

For the parfaits
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Get your protein fix here!
  • 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries Festive and tart!
  • 1 cup granola Choose your favorite for that satisfying crunch!
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Just a touch of sweetness.
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish Optional, but adds a pop of green!

Method
 

Preparation
  1. If using fresh cranberries, rinse and drain them. If using dried cranberries, skip this step.
  2. In a glass or mason jar, layer one-third of the yogurt at the bottom.
  3. Sprinkle half of the cranberries over the yogurt layer.
  4. Add half of the granola on top of the cranberries.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, cranberries, and granola.
  6. Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top and add a mint leaf for garnish if desired.
  7. Serve immediately or store in the fridge, layering just before serving.

Notes

Prep the layers in advance and assemble just before serving for maximum crunch. For a festive twist, add crushed gingerbread cookies between layers. Don’t fret if the granola gets a little soggy; it’s all about the delicious combination of textures.
