Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 60-70 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cooling
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for the best flavor. You can add nuts or chocolate chips to the batter for extra fun.
