  • 3 cloves garlic (minced) Fresh garlic gives the best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free) Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or fresh if you have it) Fresh thyme is recommended for better flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together honey, melted butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, and thyme.
  4. Place salmon fillets in the baking dish skin-side down and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the honey garlic butter sauce over the salmon.
Cooking
  1. Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  2. If desired, sprinkle fresh thyme or parsley on top before serving.

Notes

Don't skip the glaze, it's the star of the dish! You can use a cast-iron skillet if you don't have a baking dish. Keep an eye on the salmon to prevent overcooking.
