Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or a drizzle of olive oil.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, melted butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, and thyme.
- Place salmon fillets in the baking dish skin-side down and season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the honey garlic butter sauce over the salmon.
Cooking
- Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- If desired, sprinkle fresh thyme or parsley on top before serving.
Notes
Don't skip the glaze, it's the star of the dish! You can use a cast-iron skillet if you don't have a baking dish. Keep an eye on the salmon to prevent overcooking.
