- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Pat dry your ribs with a paper towel and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Brush a generous amount of the honey garlic mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they’re well-coated.
Cooking
- Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 2.5 to 3 hours, or until tender.
- Unwrap the ribs and brush with reserved sauce, then broil for 5-10 minutes until caramelized.
Serving
- Let the ribs rest for a few moments before cutting. Slice between the bones and serve with your favorite sides.
Notes
Don’t rush the bake to avoid tough ribs. Experiment with the sauce for a personalized touch. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
