- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
Cooking
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a large baking sheet.
- Nestle the salmon fillets among the Brussels sprouts and drizzle the honey garlic sauce over the top.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the Brussels sprouts are golden and crispy.

Notes
If using garlic powder instead of fresh garlic, use about 1/4 teaspoon per clove. If you buy salmon with skin, place it skin-side down during baking for added moisture.
