Assembly
- Line a rectangular dish (about 9x13 inches) with plastic wrap.
- Lay down 12 ice cream sandwiches in a single layer at the bottom of the dish.
Layering
- Spread half of the whipped topping over the ice cream sandwiches.
- Drizzle half of the chocolate syrup on top.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed cookies over this layer.
- Repeat with another 12 ice cream sandwiches, the rest of the whipped topping, chocolate syrup, and crushed cookies.
Chill Out
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Serve
- Remove the plastic wrap, cut the cake into squares, and top with sprinkles before serving.
Notes
You can mix it up by using different flavors of ice cream sandwiches or toppings. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
