  • 2 cups shredded Irish cheddar cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grab a greased baking dish.
Sautéing Cabbage
  1. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped cabbage, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and sauté for about 10 minutes until tender and golden.
Mixing Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed hash browns, shredded Irish cheddar cheese, sour cream, and green onions.
Layering
  1. Spread half of the hash brown mixture in the greased baking dish.
  2. Add the sautéed cabbage on top.
  3. Top with the remaining hash brown mixture.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

Notes
