Baking
- Grease a muffin tin and scoop the dough into each cup, filling them about two-thirds full.
- Bake for about 18-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the tops look set.
- Let them cool in the tin for about 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
