Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Lemon Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 juiced lemon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional) for a hint of sweetness
For the Wraps
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • Lettuce (your choice, spinach works wonderfully!)
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Avocado slices because, why not?

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts with lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
Sauce Preparation
  1. While the chicken is cooking, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, and honey in a bowl.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Assembling Wraps
  1. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
  2. Spread lemon pepper sauce on each tortilla.
  3. Add sliced chicken, lettuce, fresh tomatoes, and avocado.
