  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese Mix of cheddar and Monterey Jack recommended.
  • 1 can Black Beans Canned, drained, and rinsed.
  • 1 cup Sliced Jalapeños Adjust based on your heat tolerance.
  • 1 cup Sour Cream Or Greek yogurt for a healthier twist!
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes Fresh for color and flavor.
  • 1 cup Guacamole A must-have topping.
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Green Onions For a fresh crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a large baking sheet, spread out your tortilla chips.
  3. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese over the chips and add black beans and jalapeños evenly across the top.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Once out of the oven, sprinkle the chopped tomatoes and green onions on top.
  6. Top with sour cream and guacamole to serve.

Notes

Try different brands of tortilla chips for best results and consider double layering your chips for better topping coverage. Customize with additional toppings like olives or hot sauce.
