Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste salt and pepper
Seafood
  • ½ cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • ½ cup crab meat, fresh or canned (drained)
  • ½ cup salmon fillet, cooked and flaked
Garnish
  • Fresh parsley to taste fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water, then cook the fettuccine or linguine according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Alfredo Sauce
  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute. Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Incorporating the Seafood
  1. Gently fold in the lobster, crab, and salmon into the Alfredo sauce, allowing it to warm through for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combining with Pasta
  1. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the seafood Alfredo sauce, tossing everything together until the pasta is well-coated.
Serving and Garnishing
  1. Plate the Lobster, Crab, and Salmon Alfredo and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your meal!

Notes

Don’t panic if your sauce looks lumpy; stirring will smooth it out. For a creamier texture, add a splash of pasta water. You can also add spinach or peas for added nutrition and color.
