Ingredients
  

For the Garlic Butter
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) For added kick
  • to taste salt and pepper
For the Topping
  • 1 loaf French or Italian baguette
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped Fresh is ideal, but frozen works too

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Generously spread the garlic butter mixture on the cut sides of the baguette.
  4. Scatter the chopped lobster meat evenly over both halves of the baguette.
Baking
  1. Pop the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the bread is toasted and golden brown.
  2. Optional: Broil for an additional 1-2 minutes for extra toastiness.
Serving
  1. Let it cool slightly. Slice into pieces and serve warm.

Notes

Leftover garlic butter can be stored in the fridge for use with vegetables or seafood. Feel free to customize toppings with grated Parmesan.
