Ingredients
  

For the Ravioli
  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped Pre-cooked lobster meat can be used.
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Cheese adds richness.
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 package wonton wrappers Used for easy pasta.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Lemon Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter The star of the show!
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Essential for flavor.
  • 1 Juice of 1 lemon Adds zestiness.
  • Chopped parsley for garnish For visual appeal.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  2. Lay out your wonton wrappers on a clean surface.
  3. Place about a tablespoon of filling in the center of each wrapper, moisten the edges with water, then fold and seal tightly.
Cooking
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a gentle boil. Drop the ravioli in and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until they float.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and mix delicately.
  4. Toss the cooked ravioli gently in the lemon butter sauce until well-coated and serve, garnished with parsley.

Notes

If the sauce looks lumpy, just give it a good stir. Taste and tweak the seasonings as needed. Consider adding red pepper flakes for an extra kick!
