- Rinse the shrimp in cool water, then pat them dry with a paper towel.
Cooking
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Once the butter starts to bubble, add in the minced garlic and let it sizzle until fragrant.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, and paprika. Let it froth up.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Serving
- Spoon the shrimp and buttery sauce over rice or serve with crusty bread.
