Preparation

- In a large bowl, combine the tender sweet potatoes with maple syrup, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and chopped pecans. Toss gently to coat.
Baking
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and caramelized.

- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm.
Notes
