  • 1 large head cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha adjust for your spice tolerance
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh cilantro or green onions

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). While it’s preheating, chop your cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
Make the Glaze
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until it’s a sweet and spicy symphony.
Coat the Cauliflower
  1. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl, making sure each piece is well-coated in the mixture.
Roast to Perfection
  1. Spread the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Garnish & Serve
  1. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro or green onions. Serve warm.

Notes

For an extra crunch, try adding sesame seeds before serving. Adjust spice levels by adding more Sriracha or red pepper flakes. Substituting your favorite hot sauce or using honey instead of maple syrup works well too.
