Ingredients
  

For the Cauliflower
  • 1 head head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha Adjust based on your spice preference
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh cilantro For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, maple syrup, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
Roasting
  1. Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Roast for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is browned and tender, shaking the sheet halfway through for even cooking.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for the best results. You can substitute maple syrup with honey or agave syrup, and feel free to adjust the spice with less sriracha or other spices like paprika or cumin for variety.
