  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to taste Chopped green onions for garnish optional, but highly recommended

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower florets, olive oil, maple syrup, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Cooking
  1. Spread the coated cauliflower on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through, until caramelized.
Serving
  1. Remove the roasted cauliflower from the oven and let it cool for a minute.
  2. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Experiment with flavors by adding spices like paprika or cumin. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
