Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls Bocconcini work wonderfully.
  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts Drained and chopped.
  • 1 cup assorted olives Green, black, or both!
Marinade Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic Minced.
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes Optional, for extra kick.
Garnish
  • to taste Fresh basil leaves For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
Mixing
  1. Add the mozzarella balls, artichoke hearts, and olives to the bowl. Gently toss everything together until well coated.
Chilling
  1. Cover the bowl and let everything chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Serving
  1. Transfer the platter to a serving dish and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
