Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the block of feta cheese in the center of a medium-sized baking dish.
- Scatter the olives and sun-dried tomatoes around the feta.
- Add the minced garlic, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes on top.
- Drizzle the olive oil over everything.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the feta is warm and slightly golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately with your choice of crusty bread or pita.
Notes
Feel free to substitute olives with roasted red peppers or artichoke hearts for a twist. Adding a splash of lemon juice before baking gives a zingy bite. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
