Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh spinach you can never have too much greens
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese the salty magic that takes these crisps over the top
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for that Mediterranean flair
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder you don’t have to be a vampire for this one
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano a must for your pantry if you love Mediterranean flavors
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour for a healthier twist, but regular flour works too

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, lightly sauté the fresh spinach with a splash of olive oil until just wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed spinach, crumbled feta, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add in the flour, one cup at a time, mixing until you achieve a dough that’s not too sticky.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Flatten each ball slightly with the back of your fork or your fingers.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Let them cool for a few minutes before Devouring.

Notes

Adjust seasonings to taste and consider adding crushed nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
