Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, lightly sauté the fresh spinach with a splash of olive oil until just wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed spinach, crumbled feta, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add in the flour, one cup at a time, mixing until you achieve a dough that’s not too sticky.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each ball slightly with the back of your fork or your fingers.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before Devouring.
Notes
Adjust seasonings to taste and consider adding crushed nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
