- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for about 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh cilantro if using, and serve hot.

Using day-old rice enhances the texture. Feel free to customize with additional veggies like zucchini or bell peppers. Use a mix of cheeses for extra flavor.
