  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup Hello, creamy delight!
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt and pepper To taste.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Optional, for extra flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onions until they’re translucent. Add garlic powder if desired.
  3. Add the ground beef or turkey to the skillet and stir until fully cooked.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the sautéed meat and onion mixture with crushed crackers, shredded cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
  5. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden.
  6. Once done, sprinkle fresh herbs on top, let it cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese. This dish can be made vegetarian by substituting the meat with black beans or veggies. It can also be stored in the fridge for up to three days or frozen for later use.
