  • to taste Chopped fresh parsley For garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the Ranch dressing mix and the Au Jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
  3. Pour the chicken broth over the seasoned chicken.
  4. Place the stick of butter right on top of the chicken.
  5. Toss in the pepperoncini peppers, whole or sliced.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  2. Once cooking is done, shred the chicken right in the slow cooker with two forks and stir everything to combine.

Notes

Customize it with jalapeƱos instead of pepperoncini if you prefer. Leftover chicken can be used in sandwiches, salads, or tacos. Don't worry if the sauce looks lumpy; it's just part of the deliciousness!
