Preparation of Salmon Balls
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine fresh salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
- Place the salmon balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking the Salmon Balls
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
Preparation of Creamy Avocado Sauce
- In a blender, combine ripe avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Notes
Serve the salmon balls warm with the creamy avocado sauce on the side. Can be garnished with extra parsley if desired.
