Melting the Cheese
  1. Pour in the nacho cheese sauce and stir it into the beef mixture until everything is heated through and you have a gooey mixture.
Preparing the Tortillas
  1. In a separate skillet or microwave, warm the flour tortillas just until they're pliable.
Assembling the Wraps
  1. Lay each tortilla flat and add a generous scoop of the cheesy beef mixture down the center. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream.
Rolling Up the Wraps
  1. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the fillings, then roll it up from the bottom to the top.
Serving the Wraps
  1. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve while they're warm with an extra side of nacho cheese or salsa for dipping.
