Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs or shortbread cookies Crushed
For the filling
  • 1 cup Blueberries Fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Whipped cream Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Cream cheese Softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by crushing the graham crackers. Mix them with a couple of tablespoons of melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×9 inch dish or a pie pan.
Make the Cream Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
Incorporate the Whipped Cream
  1. Gently fold in the whipped cream with the cream cheese mixture, maintaining a light and airy texture.
Add the Blueberries
  1. Fold in half of the blueberries into your fluffy cream mixture.
Layer It Up
  1. Spread the cream mixture over your crust evenly and top with the remaining blueberries.
Chill Out
  1. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours, preferably overnight.

Notes

You can substitute blueberries with other berries like strawberries or raspberries. Make sure your cream cheese is softened for a velvety finish. For homemade whipped cream, chill your mixing bowl and beaters beforehand.
