  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping Use store-bought or homemade.
Crunch and Topping
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup chocolate chips Optional, for added flavor.
  • ½ cup caramel sauce Melted for dipping.

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is airy and light.
  4. Fold in your graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips gently.
Chilling
  1. Scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball.
  2. Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and pop them in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
Finishing Touches
  1. Dip each cheesecake bite into the melted caramel sauce.
  2. Roll them in chocolate sprinkles for decoration.
