Method
Prepare the Crust
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until everything is well combined and resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form an even crust.
- Pop it in the fridge to set while you prepare the filling.
Make the Filling
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until creamy and smooth.
- Add the mango puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Beat until well combined and fluffy.
Assemble the Pie
- Remove the crust from the fridge and pour the creamy mango filling over it. Spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Prepare the Passion Fruit Drizzle
- Just before serving, mix together the passion fruit pulp and honey until well combined. Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Drizzle it over the pie and add a few decorative swirls for flair.

- Slice your pie, serve it chilled, and get ready for the compliments to roll in!
Notes
This pie is ideal for making in advance. Keep it covered in the fridge and bring it out at least 15 minutes before serving for the best texture. If you don't have passion fruit, a berry compote works beautifully too.
