Ingredients
  

Pudding Mixture
  • 1 can 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 package 3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding mix Instant mix
  • 1 container 8 oz container of whipped topping, thawed
For Layering
  • 1 cup ripe bananas, sliced Add just before serving to prevent browning
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust (store-bought)
  • to taste Optional: Shaved chocolate or additional whipped topping for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and cold water. Whisk in the pudding mix until smooth and slightly thickened.
  2. Gently fold in your thawed whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Layer half of the sliced bananas at the bottom of the graham cracker crust. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the bananas. Repeat with remaining bananas and pudding mixture.
Chill
  1. Cover the mini pies with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve
  1. When ready to serve, scoop portions into mini dessert cups or slice wedges from the pie. Garnish with chocolate shavings or additional whipped topping.

Notes

For best results, add bananas just before serving to prevent browning. Experiment with different flavored puddings for variety. For firmer texture, chill overnight.
