  • 1 cup powdered sugar for sweetness
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract adds flavor
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs for cheesecake flavor
  • 1 cup chocolate chips for coating

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and softened cream cheese until completely blended.
  2. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the graham cracker crumbs to add texture.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  7. Dip each ball in the melted chocolate and place them back on the parchment-lined sheet.
  8. Return the dipped balls to the fridge to set the chocolate.
  9. Once set, serve and enjoy!

Notes

For added flair, consider rolling the finished balls in crushed nuts or sprinkles after dipping in chocolate. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to 2 months.
