- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the graham cracker crumbs.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls with your hands.
- Melt some chocolate chips and dip the balls, or simply roll them in cocoa powder.
- Place your coated balls back in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Notes
If your mixture seems a bit sticky, add a little extra graham cracker crumb to make rolling easier. You can also make mini versions for bite-sized joy.
