- In a bowl, toss your sliced strawberries with a sprinkle of sugar. Let them sit for about 10-15 minutes to release their juice.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until soft peaks form.
- Layer the dessert by starting with a layer of biscuits, then spoon a layer of whipped cream, followed by a layer of strawberries. Repeat until ingredients are used up, aiming for at least three layers.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow flavors to meld.
