  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
  • 1 can diced green chilies (4 oz)
  • 1 cup chopped green onions For added freshness

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise using a whisk or a spatula.
  2. Sprinkle in the ranch dressing mix and stir until well-combined.
  3. Add the shredded cheese and diced green chilies, and mix until incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped green onions.
  5. Let the dip chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve with fresh veggies, chips, or any dippable of choice.

Notes

For extra heat, consider adding jalapeƱos or sriracha. You can also substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt for a healthier twist. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
