Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until blended.
- Create a well in the center and add olive oil and warm water. Mix until a soft dough forms, adding more water if necessary.
- Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead gently for 2-3 minutes until soft and smooth.
- Divide the dough into 6-8 equal parts and roll each piece into a circle about 1/8 inch thick.
Cooking
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Optionally, brush cooked flatbreads with olive oil or butter before serving.
Serving
- Serve warm and enjoy with dips, wraps, or on their own.
Notes
