Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 2 large oranges The juicier, the better!
  • 8 oz burrata cheese Creamy goodness!
  • 4 cups mixed greens Adds crunch.
  • 1 small red onion Thinly sliced for a little kick.
  • fresh basil leaves For garnish.
For the Dressing
  • ΒΌ cup extra virgin olive oil Radiance in a bottle.
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar A hint of sweetness.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel the oranges and slice them into rounds. Arrange them on your serving platter.
  2. Gently tear the burrata into pieces and place it on and around the oranges.
  3. Scatter the mixed greens over the top and add the sliced red onion.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Serving
