Preparation
  1. Melt the orange candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl according to package instructions, stirring every 30 seconds for a smooth consistency.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange zest, and orange juice until well combined.
  3. Gradually mix the melted candy melts into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in the crushed graham crackers. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  4. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls (about 1 inch) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roll each ball in extra graham cracker crumbs or shredded coconut if desired.
  6. Return the tray to the fridge for another 30 minutes to set, then store in an airtight container for up to a week.

Notes

These truffles can be customized with white chocolate melts instead of orange candy melts. Feel free to add drizzles of melted candy or chocolate for extra flair.
