- Melt the orange candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl according to package instructions, stirring every 30 seconds for a smooth consistency.
- In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange zest, and orange juice until well combined.
- Gradually mix the melted candy melts into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in the crushed graham crackers. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls (about 1 inch) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roll each ball in extra graham cracker crumbs or shredded coconut if desired.
- Return the tray to the fridge for another 30 minutes to set, then store in an airtight container for up to a week.
Notes
These truffles can be customized with white chocolate melts instead of orange candy melts. Feel free to add drizzles of melted candy or chocolate for extra flair.
