Ingredients

For the cheesecake filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies Plus extra for garnish.
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
For the wrapping
  • 4 large flour tortillas You can use flavored tortillas for a twist.
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream For topping.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip it up with a hand mixer until nice and fluffy.
  2. Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and mini chocolate chips.
  3. Lay out a flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture onto the tortilla and spread it evenly, leaving a little space at the edges.
  4. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the ends as you roll to prevent filling from escaping.
  5. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a platter. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed Oreos for garnish.

Notes

For firmer rolls, refrigerate for about an hour before slicing. Feel free to substitute cream cheese with mascarpone or a dairy-free alternative if needed.
